This product is specifically formulated to combat hyperpigmentation. Whether pigmentation is hormonal or resulting from sun damage, the MELA active recovery contains powerful ingredients that work together to lighten existing pigment and prevent further damage.  Mandelic Acid (derived from bitter almonds), Phytic Acid, Arbutin, and Glutathione are powerful tyrosinase inhibitors that stunt the formation of melanin. It is perfectly paired with Retinol which speeds up cell turnover and maintains skin health.

Directions

• Apply once or twice daily in the morning or evening as part of your homecare routine. 
• Apply a small amount to dry skin after cleansing.
• Always apply under a day or night cream or pHformula moisturizer 
• Apply a high quality, broad-spectrum SPF in the morning
